These women are redefining leadership in manufacturing

Women face many challenges in an industry traditionally dominated by male leadership. In a machista society, those challenges can be even more daunting.

But sometimes those who rise to the challenge and push back against the status quo are able to move the chains and help level the playing field for those who come next.
