Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led diversity and inclusion initiatives that are formally supported by an organization. ERGs are organized based on common identities, interests, or backgrounds with the goal of supporting employees by providing opportunities to network and create a more inclusive workplace.

Mission

Kontoor’s Global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) build community, foster awareness / respect / inclusion, provide a pathway for increased employee engagement, and attract diverse talent. ERGs are an essential component of the diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy at Kontoor. Our ERGs create connection opportunities for employees, which improve the sense of belonging for members and colleagues within the organization.
