Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 17, 2020, Kontoor Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to provide an update on business impacts related to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The Company announced that it will temporarily close to the general public all owned and operated retail locations across North America and Europe, effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020, in response to the pandemic. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
