Employee Profile: Mónica San José, a leader with attitude

Mónica San José, Kontoor’s VP of Sales for EMEA, knows a thing or two about leadership.

“Attitude is what I value the most,” the Spanish-born sales leader says. “Winners are ordinary people with extraordinary determination. Skills can be learned, but you cannot teach attitude.”
